- Client provides airport details and picks up upon arrival.
Door-to-Door Delivery
- We deliver your puppy safely to your home address.
- Available within the continental United States.
- Client must provide an accurate delivery address.
Pre-Shipment Preparation
Before your puppy begins its journey, we take every precaution to ensure safety and comfort:
Health Certificate
Issued within 10 days of travel to confirm your puppy’s excellent health.
Vaccinations
All vaccinations are up-to-date, with complete records provided.
Microchip
Every puppy is microchipped for safety and easy identification.
Crate & Supplies
Each crate includes food, water, comfort items, and care instructions.
Airport Delivery Process
- Flight Arrangement: We book a flight through a reputable, USDA- and IATA-compliant pet transport company.
- Travel Crate: Your puppy travels in an approved, comfortable crate.
- Flight Details: You’ll receive full flight and tracking information before departure.
- Pickup: Meet your puppy at the designated airport with valid ID.
Door-to-Door Delivery Process
- Ground Transport: We use trusted, climate-controlled pet transport services.
- Tracking Info: You’ll receive live tracking and an estimated arrival time.
- Delivery: Your puppy is safely delivered to your home—please be available to receive them.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by distance, delivery method, and any special arrangements required for your puppy’s comfort and safety.
