We place the highest priority on the health and well-being of our puppies. Our 5-Year Hereditary Health Guarantee gives you peace of mind, ensuring your Boxer puppy is protected against major hereditary conditions.
Covered Conditions
If your puppy develops any of the following hereditary conditions within the first five years of life, we will provide a remedy:
- White Shaker Syndrome
- Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease
- Hip Dysplasia
- Urinary Bladder Stones
- Epilepsy
- Heart Disease
- Liver or Kidney Disease
- Degenerative Myelopathy
- Progressive Retinal Atrophy
- Osteochondritis Dissecans
- Patella Luxation
- Hypothyroidism
- Addison’s Disease
- Any other hereditary defect significantly impacting quality of life
Remedy Options
If your puppy develops a covered condition, you may choose one of the following remedies:
- Replacement Puppy: Receive a puppy of equal value within 9 months. The original puppy must be returned at your expense.
- Full Refund: Receive 100% of the original purchase price (excluding shipping or training). The puppy must be returned at your expense.
Important Exclusions
Our guarantee focuses on hereditary conditions only. The following are not covered:
- Viral or bacterial infections
- Accidental or physical injuries
- Digestive illnesses (Giardia, Coccidiosis, Cryptosporidiosis)
- Illnesses from chemicals, foreign objects, poor diet, or stress
Canine Disposition Statement
While we carefully breed for health, temperament, and conformation, certain traits cannot be guaranteed. These include:
- Color
- Size
- Temperament
- Shedding or hypoallergenic qualities
These characteristics can only be estimated and may change as your puppy grows.
Certification & Second Opinion
In the event of a health issue, certification from a qualified veterinarian is required. We also reserve the right to request a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice, at our expense, to verify the diagnosis and ensure fair assessment.
